because he burnt my cupcakes!!! Okay lets just be honest, we know I can't cook very well and evenly cooking cupcakes is beyond my control. Chris right now is giving his shot at a redo... I should have just bought cookies!
It is a joke b/c we decided to upgrade in our new home to one of those deluxe kitchens with a double oven and a cook top. The truth is though I'm sure when my kids are old enough to verbalize their true feelings they will beg me to simply go to Albertsons or maybe even a custom cupcake shop. My sister when she moved into her condo was much more realistic for the proper use of an oven: to store stuff.
St. Patricks day has always been a fun special day for Chris and I. Our first St. Patricks was spent in London together. We don't dress up the kids for every little holiday but we will tomorrow. Chris is taking me to a special lunch at the local Irish pub and I was planning on surprising Chris with an authentic Irish dinner... I wonder if someone has that for take out around here? It might be best considering the cupcakes!
