Romantic Getaway...

So Chris and I are leaving tomorrow and I'm just so excited. We love our kids so much and it is hard leaving them but it does us so much good to get romantic and reconnect. Our kids are growing and one day it will just be Chris and I. I want to make sure that we stay in love and stay close. Our marriage has not been easy but it has been our challenges that have made us stronger. I'm very appreciative to all the Chris has given me and I know he appreciates me.

I don't think I ever really thought I would be in a romantic happy marriage. My parents were not what I call lovey dovey and my dad kind of taught me that all guys were not Prince Charming. My goal was not really spouse and kids but Chris has made me believe in dreams. He lets me be myself and loves me for it. It is Chris, who pushes me everyday to believe in love.
