That was a bummer!

This morning Chris and I went to the doctor for my 2 wk check up. We were so excited b/c we found out that the twins were moved from Level 3 to Level 2! We got there and it was great. We all felt they were so much closer to coming home one day soon. Than the doctor showed up and said it was a mistake and they need to be in Level 3... so back they are going. I know one day they will be ready, it just sucks that it seemed so much closer a few hours ago. They are still making forward progress and I just need to remember that is what matters.

  1. How familiar it all looks! I am so happy that your little cupcakes are doing so well. It is going to be a hard journey for all of you, but really it is just a second in your life. "And this too shall pass". I had to remind myself of that so often when Shanna was in the Hospital. I hope that the staff at Las Palmas is just as good to you as they were to us. I hope that you have Dr Ayo. He is the one that really got Shanna on the right track. Rachel and Callum are darling!!! I know the adjustment must be hard for Harmon and if there is anything that I can do to help with him, please let me know. It was terrible for us to have to find someone a different someone for him everyday. I am so thankful that my niece Hilari was able to come for the summer to watch him so that he had that constancy in his life. Good luck, and if there is anything that I can do for you guys please let me know, I can relate to some of your situation so if you need someone to talk to... Im here. Love, Sarah Payne

  2. Thank you for everything. Your story is what kept me going when all of this happened! Dr. Ayo is our doctor and the staff is awesome. We are still juggling with Harmon day to day. Hopefully all of us will be together home soon.
